摘要:
目的 观察支原体肺炎患儿血清 IgM、IgG、IgA、T细胞亚群、炎症因子水平,并分析其临床意义。方法 选取 2015年 2月—2019年 2月在我院接受治疗的支原体肺炎患儿为观察对象,同时选取同期在我院体检的健康儿童作为对照,观察 2组研究对象以及不同病情程度的支原体肺炎患儿血清 IgM、IgG、IgA、T细胞亚群、炎症因子水平的差异。结果 支原体肺炎患儿 IgA、CD3+ T细胞水平均低于对照组( P均<0.05),CD4+ T细胞、 CD8+ T细胞、 IL-6、超敏 C-反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein, hs-CRP)水平均高于对照组( P均<0.05), 2组的 IgM、IgG水平差异均无统计学意义( P均>0.05)。重症组患儿 IgA、CD3+ T细胞水平低于轻症组,CD4+ T细胞、CD8+ T细胞、IL-6、hs-CRP水平均高于轻症组( P均<0.05), 2组的 IgM、IgG水平差异均无统计学意义( P均>0.05)。结论 支原体肺炎患儿 IgA、CD3+ T细胞水平较低, CD4+ T细胞、CD8+ T细胞、IL-6、hs-CRP水平较高,且与患儿的病情严重程度有关。  
Abstract:
Objective To observe the levels of IgM, IgG, IgA, T cell subsets and inflammatory factors in children withmycoplasma pneumonia and analyze their clinical significance. Methods The children with mycoplasma pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2019 were selected as the observation objects. Meanwhile, the healthy children who were examined in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The serum levels of IgM, IgG, IgA, T cell subsets and inflammatory factors were observed in the 2 groups and among children at varying severity of mycoplasma pneumonia. Results The levels of IgA and CD3+ T cells in patients with mycoplasma pneumonia were lower than those in the control group (P< 0.05). The levels of CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, IL-6 and hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) were higher than those in the control group (P< 0.05). There were no significant differences in the levels of IgM and IgG between the 2 groups (P> 0.05). The levels of IgA and CD3+ T cells in the severe group were lower than those in the mild group (P< 0.05), while the levels of CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, IL-6 and hs-CRP were higher than those in the mild group (P< 0.05). There were no significant differences in the levels of IgM and IgG between the 2 groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions The levels of IgA and CD3+ T cells in children with mycoplasma pneumonia are lower, while the levels of CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, IL-6 and hs-CRP are higher, which are related to the severity of the disease.
