摘要:
目的 对我院实行的传染病网络实时监测效果进行评价。方法 通过开发院内局域网传染病主动监测与预警 系统,实施医院传染病病例的自动筛查,实现实时监测预警,提高传染病报告卡上报的及时性。结果 传染病报告卡的上报 及时率达到100%,无传染病迟报、漏报现象;明显节省人工主动搜索的时间,每旬AFP 主动监测时间节省5 h,节约1 倍。 结论 加强医院信息系统传染病网络实时监测管理,开展前瞻性主动监测,是有效避免医院传染病迟报、漏报的关键。 
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the effect of real-time surveillance network for infectious disease. Methods A LANbased network of infectious disease surveillance and warning was designed and implemented. The cases with infectious diseases in the hospital were reported automatically in real time through the network. The reporting promptness rate of infectious disease cases was increased. Results The promptness rate of the network reporting of infectious diseases was 100%. Delayed and missing reports of infectious diseases were avoided. Compared with manual searching, 5-hour was saved in ten-day periods, nearly half of previous time. Conclusions To reinforce the management of real-time surveillance network, and to strengthen the prospective active surveillance of infectious diseases are the key to effectively avoid the delayed or missing reports.
