摘要:
目的 观察HIV/AIDS 男性患者高效抗反转录病毒治疗前及治疗中性激素水平变化趋势。方法 对2017 年1 月— 2018 年1 月于北京地坛医院就诊的50 名男性HIV/AIDS 抗病毒治疗患者进行随访,观察患者治疗前、治疗1 月、治疗6 月的 性激素水平变化(试验组)。同时选取26 例健康人作对照(对照组)。结果 试验组基线睾酮水平显著低于对照组(P < 0.05); 试验组基线睾酮(T0)水平为(4.0±0.3)ng/ml,1 月睾酮(T1)水平为(5.2±0.2)ng/ml,6 月睾酮(T6)水平为(4.8±0.3)ng/ml。 T1、 T6 均明显高于T0,差异均有统计学意义(P 均< 0.05)。Logistic 回归分析提示,年龄> 45 岁及CD4+ T 淋巴 细胞计数< 200 cells/μl 为睾酮低下的相关风险因素。结论 HIV/AIDS 男性患者的总体性激素水平较正常人低下,患者的年龄、 免疫状况等是发生雄性激素水平降低的危险因素。  
Abstract:
Objective To observe the changes of sex hormone levels in male HIV/AIDS patients before and during highly active antiretroviral therapy. Methods Fifty male HIV/AIDS patients receiving HAART in Beijing Ditan Hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were recruited in this study. The 50 male HIV/AIDS patients were followed up to observe the changes of sex hormone levels before HAART and at 1 and 6 months after HAART (experimental group). At the same time, 26 healthy subjects were selected as control group. Results The baseline testosterone levels of patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group (P < 0.05). In the experimental group, testosterone levels were (4.0±0.3) ng/ml at baseline (T0), (5.2±0.2) ng/ml at 1 month after HAART (T1) and (4.8±0.3) ng/ml at 6 months after HAART (T6). T1 and T6 were significantly higher than T0 (P < 0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that age of > 45 years and CD4+ T cell counts of < 200 cells/μl were risk factors for low testosterone levels. Conclusions The overall testosterone levels in male HIV/AIDS patients are significantly lower than those in normal subjects. The patient's age and immunity are risk factors for the reduction of testosterone levels in male.
