目的 探讨肺炎链球菌重症肺炎患儿血清超敏C 反应蛋白(hypersensitivity C-reactive protein, hs-CRP)、 TNF-α、IL-6 以及免疫球蛋白等水平的变化及其临床意义。方法 选择2017 年3 月—2019 年3 月来我院就诊的39 例肺炎 链球菌重症肺炎患儿(肺炎组)及同期35 例健康体检儿童(对照组)为研究对象,检测所有儿童hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、 IgM、IgA 及IgG 等水平的变化。结果 肺炎组急性期hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6 水平、IgA 及IgG 水平均明显高于对照组,差 异均具有统计学意义(P 均< 0.05);肺炎组恢复期hs-CRP、TNF-α 及IL-6 水平均明显低于急性期,差异具有统计学意义(P 均< 0.05)。结论 本组资料显示检测血清hs-CRP、TNF-α、IgM、IgA 及IgG 水平及IL-6 对肺炎链球菌重症肺炎患儿的临 床诊断具有重要意义。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the changes of serum hypersensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP), TNF-α and IL-6 levels in children with severe pneumonia caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae and their clinical significance. Methods Thirty-nine children with severe pneumonia caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae who were admitted in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as pneumonia group, and 35 children who received physical examination during the same period were selected as control group. The changes of serum levels of hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-6, IgM, IgA and IgG were detected in all children. Results The levels of hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-6, IgA and IgG in the pneumonia group at acute phase were obviously higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The levels of hs-CRP, TNF-α and IL-6 in the pneumonia group at recovery phase were significantly lower than those at acute phase, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusions The detection of serum hs-CRP, TNF-α, IgM, IgA and IgG levels is of great significance for clinical diagnosis of severe pneumonia caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae in children.
