摘要:
目的探讨流行性感冒(流感)患者与健康人群血清中细胞因子水平的差异,分析 TNF-α和 IL-10与流感病毒载量的关系。方法通过 Luminex平台多因子检测系统对 40例健康对照者和 36例流感患者血清中的细胞因子进行定量分析。通过实时荧光定量 PCR技术对 36例流感患者体内流感病毒进行定性及定量分析。结果36例流感患者血清中, TNF-α和 IL-10水平均显著高于健康对照者,差异有统计学意义( P均< 0.05);且 IL-10水平随流感病毒载量的增多而升高。结论细胞因子 TNF-α和 IL-10水平在流感病程中显著增高,IL-10水平与流感病毒载量呈正相关关系。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the differences of plasma cytokine levels between influenza patients and healthypopulation, and analyze the relationship between the levels of TNF-α and IL-10 and influenza virus load. MethodsThe Luminex platform multifactor detection system was used to quantitatively analyze the plasma cytokines in 40 healthy controls and 36 influenzapatients. The influenza virus were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. ResultsAmong the 36 influenza patients, the levels of TNF-α and IL-10 were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P< 0.05). IL-10 level increased along with the increase of influenza virus load. ConclusionsThe levels of TNF-α and IL-10 increased significantly in influenza patients, and IL-10 level is positively related to influenza virus load.
