摘要:
HIV阳性患者发生骨坏死的概率逐年增加，骨坏死早期症状不明显，预后较差，须早期行手术治疗。 HIV阳性患者发生骨坏死的因素主要包括传统因素和 HIV相关因素。本文结合 1例 HIV阳性患者合并多发骨坏死的诊疗情况并回顾相关文献，探讨其病因及相关治疗。
Abstract:
Incidence of HIV-positive patient with osteonecrosis is characterized by an increasing year by year. Unobvious early symptoms of osteonecrosis and poor prognosis suggest the requirement of early surgical treatment. HIV-positive with osteonecrosis iscaused by traditional factors and HIV-related factors. Based on the diagnosis and treatment of a HIV-positive patient with multipleosteonecrosis, this paper reviews relevant literatures and discusses the causes and treatment of osteonecrosis in HIV-positive patients.
